About Crosspoint Trading
Crosspoint Trading 300 (Pty) Ltd (CrossPoint) is a proudly South African black woman owned company established in 2011 with the primary objective to participate in the mainstream economy. Our strategy is focused at increasing jobs thus boosting SA economy and eradicating poverty. Crosspoint has been in the construction space for more than 7 years building more than 150 quality low cost housing units. Crosspoint had to move with times and disersified in order to provide alternative solutions to current problems facing our country as a result we are distributors of solar systems and we also offer innovative building technology solutions (IBT)
In addition, in doing our part in social economic development, we manufacture furniture using old tyres (up-cycling) with the aim of ruducing tyres that end up in landfill sites and our communities, while creating much needed jobs and cleaning the environment. Crosspoint director possesses diverse skills ranging from managing of Construction, Project Management, Business Administration, Quality Management, Lean and Six Sigma.
In addition, creating awareness about the impact of waste in the environment and its value.
A BBBEE (level 1 contributor), Crosspoint is recognised within the construction industry through the certifications it holds – National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) as well as Construction Industry Developmental Board (CIDB) 4 GB and 1 CE respectively.
Our CEO
Andiswa is an accomplished Project Manager with a proven ability to plan and execute projects. Andiswa has worked within a project environment for more than 20 years. Her working experience varies from Business administration to Project Management. She holds a National Diploma in Commercial Administration and Masters of Commerce in Project Management.
Andiswa has been involved in Business Process Improvement Projects, Infrastructure Development and Construction Projects to name a few. She also completed training as a Black Belt in Lean and Six Sigma. A respected leader, able to build highly motivated project teams to be focused on achieving project goals, her areas of expertise include amongst others:
Project Management, Project Process Improvement,, Development of Business Case, Project Planning and Scheduling, Project Implementation/Execution, and Innovation. Andiswa has successfully completed the Construction Project in Ilinge (Low Cost Housing Project), in the Chris Hani Municipality in Queenstown , Eastern Cape Province.
