Our Construction Process
Planning and Design
Evaluate the site for factors such as topography, utilities, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations. Once approvals have been obtained from local authoritiesl we work with architects and designers to create a customized floor plan and design concept
Site Preparation
Clear the site of any vegetation, debris, or obstructions, and grade the land to create a level foundation.
Foundation Construction
This process includes digging of trenches for the foundation walls and footings according to the architectural plans.
Exterior and Interior Finishes
This includes putting up walls, windows, doors and the roof on the outside. Inside, we do all the important things like plumbing, electricity, and heating.
Final inspection and Handover
We perform final inspection to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards, obtain certificate of occupancy from local authorities, and handover of keys and documentation to the homeowner.
Crosspoint through its construction projects has always ensured that community development is a priority as result we have trained more than 10 sub-contractors in different skills. These contractors are now able to be employed by other companies and create much needed jobs.
